Chief Experience Officer
Sean has ultimate responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction across all of Smart's service channels. He ensures that each touchpoint in the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective for both employers and their workers. He has over 25 years of experience building and leading high-performance teams, with deep knowledge of both the defined contribution and individual retirement account industries. Prior to joining the Smart team, Sean led the client management organization for MassMutual's Workplace Solutions business. He is also a former naval aviator and combat veteran.
