As Chief Experience Officer, Sean Jordan has ultimate responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction across all of Smart's service channels in the U.S. Sean leverages his knowledge of the defined contribution and individual retirement account industries to ensure each touchpoint in the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective for both employers and their employees. He has over 25 years of experience in building and leading high-performance teams, having led the client management organization for MassMutual's Workplace Solutions business. Sean is also a former naval aviator and combat veteran.
